Description
- The shopping centre was to be built on the main crossroads in Burgerfort.
- The attraction for the location was the main taxi rank in the area, which linked the platinum mines with residential areas.
- The project failed as a result of land claims and the inability to get to agreements with several taxi operators each which had different ideas about the position of the centre.
- A centre was developed on a different stand years later.
