A specialized building to contain all Atlas Copco’s sub companies, and bring them under one roof, with the intention to save on duplication of services, from admin to security and everything in between.
8 000 M² Distribution centre for local and African distribution

  • 16 000 M² Workshops, Wash bays, Strip bays and specialized shops for delicate machinery
  • 6 000 M² Office space.
  • The 14M-high narrow-isle warehouse required an ultra-flat floor.
  • The office building was built facing the Longmeadow traffic circle, for maximum visibility.
  • The building can function for days without municipal water and electricity.
